Discover City Life
We are a team of journalists, photographers, and city explorers. Our magazine is aimed at curious city dwellers who consciously experience their surroundings – away from mainstream and tourist traps. We report on local culture, sustainable initiatives, authentic gastronomy, and the people who shape the cityscape. Our tone is direct, informed, and independent.
Our readers are between 25 and 45, live in German cities, and seek genuine recommendations rather than glossy promises. They are interested in urban gardening, independent bookstores, street art, and local manufacturers. They want to know where to really go on the weekend – and why.
We write for people who experience their city with open eyes.Every article is based on our own on-site research. We test cafés, visit exhibitions, talk to initiatives, and document changes in the cityscape. Our focus is on quality over quantity: rather five carefully researched articles per month than daily noise.
Honest, independent, locally rooted.Cities are living organisms – they are constantly changing. We want to capture this dynamic and give our readers the tools to better understand their surroundings. Whether it's about the last owner-run bookstore in the neighborhood or a new urban gardening project on the roof: we are where things happen.
